PAYMENT
The method of payment is online with a credit or debit card or by check via mail. All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Checks should be made payable to the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation and mailed to:

Registration deadline is March 10, 2025.
Please note, all sales are final after February 12, 2025.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Requests received by February 12, 2025 will receive a full refund.
After February 12, 2025, no refunds will be processed.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Please email all substitution requests to [email protected].
Substitutions will be accepted through February 12, 2025.
CONFIRMATIONS
Upon receipt of your registration and payment, a confirmation email will be sent to each registrant.
AUDIO, VIDEO AND/OR DIGITAL CAPTURE AND RECORDINGS
For copyright reasons, audio and video recordings during sessions are prohibited. We encourage sharing of photos and video taken outside of sessions on social media. Please use our official hashtags so that we can engage with you!
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO DOCUMENTATION POLICY
By attending the 2025 Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation Summit, you agree to allow authorized associates/vendors of the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, its licensees, successors, and assignees full and complete irrevocable permission, without reservation or restriction, to be photographed/recorded during the Summit, in any manner (video, audio or electronic, etc.) and for them to use said photograph(s)/recording(s) as they deem appropriate in connection with the Summit or any Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation related activities.
If you do not authorize use, you must submit in writing to [email protected] no later than January 31, 2025.
HEALTH & SAFETY AGREEMENT
By attending the 2025 Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation Summit, you agree to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the Summit organizers and/or Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. Summit organizers will be following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to inform their health and safety decisions at the time the Summit takes place. By registering for the Summit, you are agreeing to allow organizers to adjust their health and safety policies and procedures based on the most current CDC guidelines at the time of the Summit.
In accordance with CDC guidelines, we will not be requiring attendees to wear masks or provide proof of vaccination. However, the Summit is a mask-friendly event and we will have masks available at the registration desk and hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue. We encourage all attendees to participate in ways that make them feel safe. In addition, should local, state, or federal guidelines change, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.
