Why did you become a peer mentor?
I feel that I have a unique point-of-view and perspective that may be inspiring or helpful to those that are newly injured and seeking answers. I have been very lucky to have had an incredible support system over the years, and I think that has been instrumental in defining my attitude and success since. If I can share that view, I believe that a person living with SCI may have an opportunity to live a happier and more productive life.
